Breakthrough in Cascade Gun Technology
Gulhfi has developed the Debye-Larmor cascade gun family based on F4 gun technology.
The peculiarity is that the Debye-Larmor gun is a modular plasma arc length this allows to master the output power, plasma gas velocity and enthalpy with only argon plasma gas.
Ceramic and metallic powders melting can be mastered.
Debye-Larmor plasma gun can be used in Atmospheric Plasma Process as well in Vacuum Plasma Process. In case of Vacuum Plasma Spray process for some specific Debye-Larmor guns configuration no specific external ignition unit is needed, the gun can be simply installed on to the plasma spray system and is ready to run.

DEBYE - LARMOR™ are a Swiss made new generation of cascade low plasma spray fluctuation torches. Depending on the neutrode stacks of torches high temperature particles with low or HVOF speed may be achievable.

DEBYE - LARMOR™ high enthalpy plasma torch enable to produce rough (Rz>200 µm) and porous (> 30%) VPS titanium coating with only pure Argon plasma.
